The VDMA (Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, German Mechanical Engineering Industry Association) represents over 3,100 mostly medium-sized companies in the capital goods industry, making it the largest industry association in Europe.
The department of Air Pollution Control comprises relevant companies that manufacture extraction systems and devices for a wide range of user sectors, particularly occupational health and safety, process and environmental protection.
We at ILT are active in different specialized task groups where standards, economics, and technical matters are discussed and joint solutions are formulated and defined. The key aspects of the specialist department Air Pollution Control are raising awareness and public relations. The department issues a great number of publications addressing their members' customers to help them with technical questions and the interpretation of rules and standards.
Our customers can thus be sure to always benefit from solutions on basis of the most recent know-how and according to the integrated industry standard.

We have received an award from the German Stifterverband.
Since 1920, the Stifterverband has embodied the shared responsibility of German companies for a sustainable and liveable society. The "Lexikon des deutschen Maschinenbaus" (Encyclopedia of German Engineering) comprises portraits of over 2,000 relevant companies regarded to as "Best of German Engineering". The entries range from so called "hidden champions", successfully active in highly specialized niche markets, to owners of outstanding brands, all the way to global players operating in all regions of the world.
