New ionisation elements provide for excellent efficiency

Our technology increases collection efficiency of electrofilters up to 25.8%

Electrofilters employ the principle of electrostatic charging: contaminated air is drawn into the electrofilter and led through an ioniser. The ioniser charges dirt particles with a positive charge by means of high-voltage (ionisation process). Charged particles then pass a collector: Inside the collector, the particles collect on grounded collector plates (are precipitated). ILT has made this filtration process even more efficient with DODRA technology.

With their special design DODRA ionisation elements support the electrofilter to build up a dense active ionisation field. More electrons are transferred to the dirt particles. By employing this patent pending technology it becomes possible to ionise even smallest dirt particles in industrial scale: ELOFIL electrofilters reach highest collection efficency (up to 25.8% compared to standard electrofilters). These results have been verified in lab and practice tests. By employing a well proven design, DODRA ionisation elements are not only especially efficient in ionisation but also mechanically stable and tearproof.
