UNIFIL® 15: The entry-level air filter model

Starting from 2,480 Euro (+ VAT), the new entry-level model UNIFIL® 15 provides for clean air in workshops. More powerful and efficient than usual and old-fashioned centrifugal separators.

Air pollution is a bothersome but avoidable companion of production processes. With the new entry-level model UNIFIL® 15 by ILT, one of the German market leaders for requirements-oriented air filtration technology, clean air in workshops is achieved at low costs. Without unneccessary rotating drums, without costs-invoking smoke eliminators or high-maintenance backflush automatic. That means: Without old-fashioned and technically unneccessary equipment, usually present with centrifugal separators. UNIFIL® 15 features state-of-the-art technology:

  • Casing made of 1.5 mm sheet steel. All filter inserts are easily accessile through a large maintenance daoor. The casing is welded liquid-tight and equipped with a base tub for recuperation of precipitated liquids. The air intake provides for easy mounting of hoses and immediate connection to machine tools.
  • Re-usable pre-filters of class F6 save operating costs, an efficient pre-filter cassette and a high-performance main filter of class H13 (according to EN1822 at MPPS ≥ 0,3 µm) filter out airborne particles with 99,997%; all common air pollutants are removed reliably. The pre-filters consist of 20 and 45 mm Aluminium mesh and can be cleaned and re-inserted easily.
  • A powerful cage rotor with backward curved blades on the clean air side provides for high efficiency and is protected against dirtying. As a standard, a pressure gauge for maintenance indication and control of filter saturation is included.
  • Employing ILT's patent pending modular system, UNIFIL® 15 can be retrofitted with even larger filter inserts or different ventilators. Components already bought thus become the basis for lager devices at a later point - and save budget, too!

Like all air filtration devices by ILT, UNIFIL® 15 is employed directly at the source of emission: Airborne pollutants are directly exhausted and filtered at the point of development. The devices (sold from 2,480 Eur + VAT) are designed in a way that there is no limitation as to the choice of location and comply with all safety regulations and the machinery directive 2006/42/EC.
