ELOFIL® Electrofilters: Exhaustion of 22 multi-spindle tooling machines

Exhaustion of Schütte-multi-spindle tooling centres: 215 litre oil per year saved!

Situtation at the outset of the project: Two rows of 22 multi-spindle tooling centres (working in multi-shift-operation) had to be exhausted. The air was heavily polluted with oil mist. Via a branch ductwork-line all tooling centres are connected to two individually postioned electrostatic filters.

In this case not only the workshop air has been improved radically: The operator of the plant saves 215 litres of process oil per year through re-cycling of exhausted oil droplets.
