- No more waste in the air conditioning of the production hall: As the air has been purified up to 99.997% from particles >0.3 µm, the outlet air can remain in the production hall thus taking benefit in winter from the waste heat (alternatively, in summer, the waste heat can be expelled to the external atmosphere – this is the so called summer/winter circuit).

- STAFIL at a transfer line for engine block machining;
- the device (green) fits into the machine surrounding unobtrusively
- STAFIL at a welding centre: The device is positioned in a supply room while suction arms (next picture) collect and guide the contaminants towards the device.

- STAFIL adjacent to a milling machine for crankshaft machining: The dust is collected directly at the tool and transported via ductwork to the dedusting device.
- STAFIL-blow-off-station : dust residuals are blown off directly into a hopper. The surrounding stays clean.
- STAFIL special construction for the inside-finishing of tubes: This trolley contains a blow-off equipment and the STAFIL Deduster. The endings of the tubes are pushed into the cabinet; the dust is caught with special air guidance inside the cabinet and collected with STAFIL. Even special applications can be solved easily!
