The STAFIL operating principle.
STAFIL dust extractors use the principle of mechanical separation: the dust-polluted air is drawn in and conducted via a coarse pre-filter level to the primary filter chamber. The cartridges applied in the primary filter chamber reliably separate particles with a collection efficiency of 99.993% acc. to ASHRA. In intervals the deposited dust particles are blown off by means of an automatic pneumatic unit and fall into a collecting container.

The filters: high quality and flexibility
STAFIL dust extractors are of modular design and have a flexible interior. Especially respirable dust particles are efficiently separated. As standard, high performance cartridges (star like pleated) are employed, though the installation of surface separators (tubes) is possible without any additional costs allowing to quickly adapting STAFIL at any time to modified requirements during continuous operation. This is a future-orientated investment.
