UNIFIL® properties and benefits

UNIFIL Air Purifier can be installed directly adjacent to machines. With special accessory, even air extraction with difficult applications is possible.

High-level separation in small spaces.

Like all air filter plants manufactured by ILT, UNIFIL air cleaners are applied in direct suction: the polluted air is drawn in and filtered directly at its source. This requires a space-saving design and highest efficiency.

UNIFIL air cleaners meet these requirements without problem: the units are designed in such a way that there is no limitation as to the choice of location – even in special cases.

Due to the high collection efficiency of 99.997% for particles >0.3 µm, the purified air can be returned to the production hall, causing no waste in the climate area. Further pros:

  • Fulfilling defaults:  
    With UNIFIL you can easily comply with the regulations of the Safety Authority regarding MAC-values. These units achieve an extremely high and constant collection efficiency of 99.997%.
  • Low costs and reliable performance: 
    Due to its particular design UNIFIL uses the entire filter area thus saving costs. So a replacement of the filter cartridges would be required with less frequency.

Safety is standard.

UNIFIL offers not only through their high separation performance unrivalled operational reliability but also high safety. All units comply with the current accident prevention and safety regulations (German UVV). They comply as well with regulation EN 60204-1 (CE-regulation). The conformity with these regulations has been confirmed by the TÜV Rheinland.
